      Hey everyone,

If you're reading this, you found us. The forum is restored, and I'm glad to have a proper place to talk to you directly again.

I'll keep this short and honest: this community went quiet for a while. That's on me. There was a period of rebuilding — the platform, the positioning, the thinking behind what ZephirexULTRA is actually supposed to be — and I let the forum slip. That's not happening again. This is where you'll hear things first.

      What ZephirexULTRA Is Now

Let me be direct about what the product is today, because I think some of the earlier messaging created the wrong expectations.

ZephirexULTRA is a Coinbase-connected analytics platform with an AI trading coach. That's the core, and that's what we're building outward from. It's read-only and non-custodial by design — it never touches your funds, it never places trades, it just reads what you're already doing and helps you understand it better.

Right now, a connected Coinbase account gives you:

      • Portfolio overview — live balances, allocations, cost basis and unrealized P&L
      • Performance analytics — how your portfolio has moved over time, by asset
      • Risk analysis — concentration, volatility exposure, and where you're overextended
      • ZEPH, the AI coach — ask it questions about your own trades and it tells you what it sees

That last one is the thing I'm most excited about. ZEPH reads your actual trading history and tells you things your exchange never will — patterns like holding losers longer than winners, overtrading during volatile sessions, or letting one position quietly grow to an uncomfortable size. It's not a crystal ball. It's a mirror.

      The Roadmap: Suite, Not App

Here's the part that changes how I'm thinking about this.

ZephirexULTRA isn't a single app anymore. It's a suite. The analytics platform is the foundation — the thing you're using today. But the suite is designed to grow in a specific direction:

Phase 1 — Analytics (Live Now)

Everything described above. Connect your Coinbase key, see your portfolio, ask ZEPH what you're missing. This is shipped and working.

      Phase 2 — Multi-Exchange Support

The next meaningful expansion is adding more exchanges. Coinbase is where we started, but not where we stop. Kraken is the likely next target — it's popular with active traders who take technical analysis seriously. More exchanges means more of your trading life in one place, and a coach that sees the full picture instead of half of it.

      Phase 3 — Automation Layer

This is where things get more interesting. The analytics suite eventually becomes the intelligence layer for a light automation toolkit — not full algorithmic trading, but the kind of rules-based automation that most retail traders actually need:

      • Alert when a position crosses a threshold, then execute a predetermined response
      • Rebalance toward a target allocation on a schedule you set
      • Exit a position if it drops past your personal stop

This is different from a trading bot. It's closer to a discipline tool — automating the decisions you've already made so that emotion and timing don't get in the way of executing them.

Phase 3 doesn't ship until Phase 1 and 2 are solid. I'm not going to promise automation that doesn't exist yet. What I can promise is that the architecture we built was designed with it in mind.

      What Hasn't Changed

A few things are permanent, and they're worth saying plainly:

Read-only first. Even when automation arrives, it will require explicitly granting trade permissions — separately, deliberately, with full transparency about what those permissions allow. Nothing is assumed.

No custodianship, ever. We don't hold funds. We don't move funds. That's a design decision, not a feature gap.

No financial advice. ZEPH tells you what it sees in your own data. It doesn't predict prices, recommend specific trades, or know your tax situation. Treat it like a smart friend who's done a careful read of your brokerage statement — not a licensed advisor.

      A Note on Pricing

We simplified recently. There are now three plans:

      Plan Price Who it's for
Nebula Free Try the platform, ask ZEPH 3 questions per month
Protostar $14/mo Daily coaching, full analytics, 1-year history
Main Sequence $39/mo Everything, unlimited, 3 exchange keys

If you were on Supernova or Singularity, your access is locked in — nothing changes for you. Those plans aren't sold anymore, but existing members keep what they have.

      Try the Demo First

If you haven't already, the fastest way to understand what the platform does is to go try the live demo — no account needed.

Try the live demo → zephirex.com/demo

It runs on a sample portfolio so you can see exactly what ZEPH says and how the analytics work before you connect anything real.

      Let's Use This Forum

I'm going to be posting here regularly — development updates, decisions I'm thinking through, things that aren't working yet and what I'm doing about them. This isn't a marketing channel. It's where the real conversation happens.

If you have questions about the platform, something broken, something you want to see, or feedback on any of the above — reply here or open a thread. I read everything.

      Good to be back.
